CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

Of course we hate to loose any customer, but we understand that sometimes things change for our clients.  If you would like to cancel your hosting package, you will need to complete the form below for our records so that we can begin the process.

Please remember that your account must be current before we can process your request for cancellation.  Also, if you are canceling less than 15 days prior to renewal of your domain name, you will be charged the cost of renewing your domain name, if that has been completed, as we generally renew domain names 2-3 weeks in advance (if domain has already been renewed for you, the charge will be applied). Also, if this is a new site, we would charge the cost of registering the domain and prorate any advance payments, based on monthly rates.

If you just need to scale back, you might consider dropping to a lower scale hosting package, if that would help.  Once your site has been up and indexed by the search engines, it takes a long time to get that back if you drop.
 

We will respond as soon as possible with confirmation of cancellation plans.

    

 Upon cancellation of your account, we will remove your files from our servers; cancel all search engine promotion for your site; remove your website listing from all of our promotional web directories; and discontinue any other previously ongoing promotion of your site.
